This includes participation throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial fit-gap analysis through configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
The position involves implementing Treasury functionality (TRM - Debt, Money Market) and offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations, participating in technical architecture discussions. The approach leverages Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques for delivery, aligning technical team capacity with business priorities, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities further include identifying and mitigating risks and issues, troubleshooting and resolving production issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaboration with stakeholders is vital for gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. The role also encompasses conducting and supporting testing on the SAP platform (Functional, Security, Integration, User Acceptance) and working with cross-functional teams for production builds and verification of releases. Finally, it supports PDO Release Management Activities, including cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing, and launch.
