The video opens with a man, Marvin, dreaming he is 'Super Hair Man,' a superhero with luscious hair who saves a woman from a villain. He wakes up from this dream, wishing his life was as exciting and that he had a full head of hair, lamenting his baldness and mundane life.
Marvin's daydream is interrupted by a knock on the door. He finds a child named Jeffy, who claims his mom dropped him off with a note saying, 'I'm a good boy, please babysit.' Jeffy immediately exhibits strange behavior, obsessively showing Marvin his pencil and trying to put it up his nose, despite Marvin's warnings.
Marvin calls his girlfriend, Rose, for help, explaining that Jeffy's mom abandoned him and the child is chaotic, putting gummies in his ears and the pencil in his nose. When Rose arrives, she brings a coloring book, but Jeffy goes to the bathroom and makes a mess, revealing he wears his diaper on the outside of his pants, leading to dirty pants filled with poop.
Frustrated, Marvin calls the police. When an officer arrives, Jeffy puts a crayon up his nose. Marvin tries to explain Jeffy's strange behavior and the abandonment. The officer questions Jeffy, who gives nonsensical answers about his name and address. The officer then informs Marvin about a 'finders keepers, losers weepers' law, stating that if he found the child, he is responsible for him until the parents are found. Marvin is horrified.
Overwhelmed, Marvin wishes he would wake up from this nightmare. He does, relieved that it was all a dream. However, a knock on the door sounds, and he hears Jeffy's voice asking, 'Hey, you wanna see my pencil?' leaving Marvin in despair as his nightmare becomes reality.
