Summary
Highlights
August brings three new themes to Hay Day: sanctuary, farming equipment, and back to school. For the first two weeks, events will be shorter, offering extra seasonal currency instead of decorations as rewards. This currency can be used to select items from the catalog. These two weeks will feature six short events, including task events, county fairs, and Greg's calendar events.
The archaeological adventure-themed Farm Pass for August features dino eggs, a fossil site, perks, XP, and special diggable items. The Chicken Valley is also returning, offering a 'sturdy' as a reward.
The last two weeks of August will revert to longer, regular events. This includes a new task event for prizes like expansion permits and puzzle pieces, and a new county fair event where players fill baskets, earn ribbons, and collect calendar stamps. The Design Festival and Baptis are also returning, allowing players to create, submit, and vote on designs, and then purchase items and decorations like the bird pavilion.
A new truck event offers bonus seasonal currency for catalog rewards. Additionally, a global truck event will launch, where every order sent helps the community achieve a global goal. Players can scan a QR code or click a link in the description to unlock a gift.
