Highlights
Adjustments will be made in PACER for 195 employee training sessions in 2024 and 2025 that were not included in the approved iLEAP. Additionally, a refresher workshop will be conducted for Supervisors/Raters to improve their use of competency assessments and navigation within the iLEAP system.

PROs-HRU must urgently locate and submit all missing quarterly reports for CY 2024 and CY 2025 within 15 days. An electronic logbook will be established to track submissions and acknowledgments, enhancing document security.
Strict compliance with post-training documentation for external training will be enforced. This includes standardized checklists with signature validation, enhanced HRU review systems for timely monitoring, and orientation sessions to improve document preparation and submission standards.
A memorandum will mandate trainees to submit evaluation documents promptly for internal training. A standardized validation checklist will ensure completeness, a monitoring system will track submissions, and orientation sessions will reinforce trainee responsibilities for timely and accurate documentation.
