Déjà vu can occur in two primary ways. The first is when our physical mind gets a 'sneak peek' of our pre-planned life path, which we laid out in spirit before incarnation. When we reach these moments, it feels familiar because we are recognizing something we already knew unconsciously.
The second way déjà vu can happen is by tapping into parallel reality experiences. Another version of ourselves in a very similar parallel reality might have already experienced an event. When our reality catches up, we consciously link to that prior experience, creating a sense of familiarity.
The video argues that everything is synchronicity, and what we perceive as coincidence is merely synchronicity with a different degree of relevance. An event might not be profoundly meaningful for you, but you might be participating in it synchronistically to help someone else's life path, as in the example of a traffic jam.
