The Sidemen split into two teams and draw lots to see if JJ or Harry will dictate their activities for five stages of the day. The first task involves a shopping spree with a £2000 budget where team members must carry purchases and wear embarrassing outfits chosen by the opposing team, including broomsticks and unicorn heads.

The losing team is forced to act as waiters and cook a three-course lunch for the winning team. The meal includes burrata with cress, sweet chili salmon with mash, and a novelty dessert called 'Dolce the log' made to look like feces. The waiters play games and serve drinks, one of which contains balsamic vinegar instead of Coke.

The teams travel to Ilford Golf Club to play golf. One team acts as caddies for the other, carrying clubs and providing advice without using a buggy. The challenge includes penalties where the best caddy gets to spank the losing player, and the worst caddy is spanked by the opposing team.

The teams must travel from Ilford to Hyde Park Corner without using cabs, relying on public transport and walking. During the journey, they film TikToks and engage in a series of dirty 'would you rather' questions while one member wears a gimp mask.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the losing team must serve as butlers for the winning team for the rest of the day. This includes serving cocktails, food, performing impressions, and enduring various humiliating requests such as eating unusual items and balancing cheese on their foreheads.
