The Office of the Operations Sector is instructed to mandate the Office of the Regional Vice President to ensure the Human Resource Unit of PRO VII strictly adheres to the timely preparation and submission of the ALDP Narrative Report within the first month of the succeeding year. This measure aims to facilitate effective monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making for the proposed Learning and Development (L&D) budget.
The Office of the Management Services Sector is to instruct the Human Resource Department (HRD), in coordination with the Fiscal Management Division (FMD) of the Comptrollership Department, to monitor and evaluate the denial of training budget releases for the subsequent year as a consequence of not submitting the ALDP Narrative Report. This initiative promotes corporate accountability, assesses whether training programs meet their objectives, and provides feedback for enhancing service delivery.
