Kriya Yoga is an ancient yogic technique designed to accelerate cosmic evolution, expand consciousness, and achieve unity with the divine. The video aims to share secrets and important aspects of what Kriya Yoga is and its science of self-realization.
Ancient yogis understood the connection between breath, life force energy, and cosmic consciousness as the key to self-realization. Lord Shiva, considered a self-realized being, brought the entire science of yoga to Earth thousands of years ago, including Kriya Yoga, which is crucial for working with life force energy.
Over centuries, the science of self-realization was transmitted. Around 1861, Mahavatar Babaji, also known as Shiv or Gorakshnath, revived Kriya Yoga to help humanity during a time of disorder. He founded the Nath lineage and is credited with accelerating spiritual evolution through this practice.
Kriya Yoga involves mindfully working with the life force energy (prana) by consciously bringing it into the spine and using mental focus to follow the breath. It activates the dormant spiritual energy (kundalini) in the muladhara, offering a rapid path to self-realization compared to other meditations, especially when combined with devotion.
Kriya Yoga's effects manifest differently for everyone due to individual karmic structures. It requires diligence and perseverance but provides a swift way to experience and merge with the divine, which is already within. Mahavatar Babaji revived Kriya in 1891, and he is considered by many to be a reincarnation of Shiva, embodying the greatness of Shiva's teachings to accelerate cosmic consciousness.
