Sepak Takraw, or Sepak Raga and Takraw, is a volleyball-like sport from Southeast Asia where players use their feet, head, knees, and chest instead of hands to control the ball. The objective is to score more points than the opponent by causing them to commit a fault.

Sepak Takraw is a team sport with two teams of three players each, where each player has a specific position. The game uses a woven synthetic ball with 12 holes and 12 intersections, meeting specific size and weight regulations. It's played on a double-sized badminton court with a net 1.5 meters high for men and 1.42 meters for women. A coin toss determines the first serve. The serve is initiated when a teammate throws the ball to the server, who must kick it over the net while keeping one foot in the service circle. Players can only touch the ball with their feet, head, knees, and chest. Touching the ball with hands or other body parts results in a fault and a point for the opposition. Teams are allowed three touches maximum before returning the ball over the net without it touching the ground. Failure to return the ball over the net or letting it touch the ground results in a point for the opponent.

Points are scored in Sepak Takraw when the opposing team commits a fault. Faults include: the server jumping during a serve, the server failing to kick the ball, a player touching the net, the ball hitting the net or not crossing into the opponent's half, the ball landing out of bounds, keeping possession for more than three hits, a player touching the ball on the opponent's side, the ball touching a player's arm, a player holding or grabbing another player, or the ball touching the ceiling or any other object.
