The process begins by logging into HAR.com, clicking 'Enter Matrix', then selecting 'Add/Edit Matrix'. Users must ensure their name is selected and then choose the specific listing they wish to modify.

The video demonstrates changing the listing status to 'Option Pending'. This involves setting the pending date to today, indicating if the selling agent represented the buyer, and inputting the selling associate's MLS ID.

To find the selling associate's MLS ID, users click 'find selling agent ID', enter the agent's name, which then pulls up their MLS ID automatically.

Once all required yellow fields are filled, the user clicks 'Submit Listing'. The change can be verified by clicking on the MLS number, which will then display 'Option Pending'.
