100 pilots are divided into three teams and must pull a 40,000lb plane across a finish line. The winning team includes the pilot who declared he was doing it "for my daughters."
19 remaining pilots stand on platforms as the private jet they are competing for creates 60 mph winds. The jet rotates hoping to blow the pilots off their platforms. They learn that standing sideways is the best technique. The jet eliminates 15 pilots.
The 19 remaining pilots are whisked 10,000 feet in the air and must pick a captain. The captain chooses an opponent to go 1v1 against. They choose one of 19 briefcases, 10 of which say "jump" and 9 of which say "eliminate." The captain decides whether to jump or let their opponent jump. Lying is an option and sometimes pays off. 10 pilots win the opportunity to skydive to the next challenge as the others are eliminated.
The 10 remaining pilots place their hand on the private jet. The last one to take their hand off wins the jet. The jet is moved through the city of Riyadh, drawing thousands of onlookers. The difficulty is increased by making the pilots walk, then run, with the jet. One pilot is eliminated when his hand slips. Another accepts $50,000 to be eliminated. With only seven remaining, they are put on a trailer and taken back to the first challenge's site. Jimmy introduces a button that will add a challenge. The first challenge is to stand with one finger on the jet, and the second is to stand on one foot. One pilot collapses from exhaustion (but is still in the game because he was pushed off by another). Another pilot is eliminated because his foot touched the ground.
Five pilots remain after 22 hours, two drop out from exhaustion or an unintentional hand slip. With three remaining, the group is given one hour to decide who wins. If they cannot come to an agreement, no one wins the jet. The three debate a series of random versus skill based challenges. Jimmy brings up how one of the pilots lied earlier. After much arguing, they are offered three briefcases, one of which contains a golden ticket. They pick their cases, and the winner is announced. Miraculously the other two contenders honor the selection, allowing the winner to claim the prize. They are each given $20,000 for their efforts.
