One night, at 2:13 AM, Bola, a new student, heard the distinct 'kai kai kai' of heels outside her dormitory. The footsteps entered the room, and after a chilling silence, a voice asked, 'Who is awake?' Bola felt a presence hover over her bed, and later, a bloodcurdling scream led her to discover her bunkmate, Titi, was gone, with only a single red heel left behind.
Titi was the third girl to disappear in three months, always accompanied by a scream, an empty bed, and a red shoe. Bola, fueled by the terrifying experience, decided to investigate. She went to Room 17, an old, locked storage room associated with Madam Koi Koi.
Inside Room 17, Bola found an old staff photograph featuring Madam Koi Koi with her signature red heels. However, the Madam's face in the photo was violently scratched out. As Bola contemplated this, the door slammed shut, plunging the room into darkness and initiating a terrifying encounter with Madam Koi Koi's spirit, who appeared in a mirror. Bola's friends, Shade and Senior B, burst in just as the mirror shattered, and the apparition vanished.
Back in the dormitory, the three girls heard the 'kai kai kai' again. Senior B suggested a dangerous ritual to trap Madam Koi Koi, involving lighting a candle, sitting in a circle, and saying her name three times at midnight. They performed the ritual, but as they chanted, the candle extinguished, and the footsteps entered their room, coming straight for them, ending the story on a cliffhanger.
