The session begins by addressing the intense energies of the present moment and introduces the 'Shiva method' for releasing and regenerating energy. Participants are encouraged to acknowledge their progress and embrace the experience with an open mind, letting emotions surface naturally for their highest good. Two readings are shared: one about letting go of burdens and another, 'Fear' by Kahlil Gibran, about the river becoming the ocean.
A 10-minute physical warm-up is introduced to engage the body and become aware of the aura. The exercises involve moving hands to the edges of the aura, pressing on hip flexors for the first chakra, working on the second and third chakras, and performing movements for the fourth (heart), fifth (communication), sixth (intuitive self), and seventh (connection to source) chakras. The segment concludes with aligning energy down through the chakras and a self-hug for grounding.
A simple clearing meditation is guided to identify and cleanse each chakra. It involves bringing in blue crystal earth energy and gold cosmic energy, extending these energies through the body and the seven layers of the aura. Participants then place 'drops of water' in each chakra (4 for the first, 6 for the second, 10 for the third, 12 for the fourth, 16 for the fifth, 2 for the sixth, and 100 for the seventh) to release karma, contracts, and non-serving energies, moving them down to the center of the earth for recycling.
An innovative exercise using 'video screens' is introduced. Participants create a grounded screen in front of each chakra to first release specific blocks and then to regenerate each center with new, positive energies. For the first chakra, collaboration with Mother Earth for safety; for the second, highest creativity; for the third, new identity in love; for the fourth, ever-present love; for the fifth, inner voice and truth; for the sixth, multi-dimensional intuitive self; and for the seventh, collaboration with guides and angels.
Participants share their experiences, noting sensations such as physical reactions, feelings of peace, and anxiety. Fran offers individual readings and guidance, including tips for managing anxiety by dialing down the nervous system, grounding, and setting boundaries. Personal anecdotes highlight the impact of the session, such as healing birth trauma, father-mother energy processing, and the efficacy of chakra work for stress and boundaries. The session concludes with a reminder to be gentle with oneself and to continue listening to the body.
