Highlights
Golf Ball is denied access to the winners' seesaw by Firey and others. Insulted, she vows revenge, lamenting the outdated swings and calling upon Nine, whom she believes can create something cooler to spite the winners.
Golf Ball introduces the "Ideamaphone," a machine designed to create cool things based on Nine's "swagger." Nine, after a less-than-cool attempt, inadvertently creates a giant, sentient mouth by saying something deemed "iconic." This mouth immediately starts impressing everyone, including the winners, much to Golf Ball's delight.
The Mouth begins to eat various objects and characters, including Tennis Ball and Match's newly finished Matchstick factory. Alarm spreads as the Mouth's destructive nature becomes apparent, leading to fear and chaos among the characters.
A dejected Nine feels replaced by the Mouth. Four arrives and, after learning about the Mouth's havoc from a news report, decides to team up with Nine to stop it from eating everyone. They confront the Mouth, but their initial attempts are unsuccessful.
Golf Ball suggests making the Mouth eat Yoyleberries to turn it metal and slow it down. Firey then proposes a plan to use the winner's seesaw to catapult the metal Mouth into the air. He reveals that the seesaw is dangerous and shoots people high, which was the real reason non-winners were forbidden.
The characters succeed in getting the Mouth onto the winner's seesaw, which, upon activation, shatters the Mouth. Golf Ball then casually reveals she had a remote to deactivate the Mouth all along, confessing the whole ordeal was to free up the seesaw. However, she then uses the seesaw, violating a hidden rule that states the world will end if a non-winner uses it, which it promptly does.
