Podcast directory

The most popular podcasts and their latest episodes, read from each show’s public RSS feed and refreshed every day. Each episode page lists its date, running time and the publisher’s show notes, and links back to the publisher to listen.

Have an episode file of your own? The audio summarizer turns it into a summary with key points.

Frequently asked questions

Where do these podcast pages come from?
Every show and episode here is read from the podcast’s own public RSS feed, the same feed podcast apps use. The list of shows follows Apple Podcasts’ public top-shows chart, and each feed is checked once a day. Shorty does not host any audio: every episode links back to its publisher.
Does Shorty publish transcripts of these podcasts?
No. Full transcripts of other people’s shows are not published here. When an episode has a Shorty summary, its page shows the summary in our own words, a few key points and at most three short quotes, each checked word for word against the episode.
Can I summarize a podcast episode myself?
Yes. Upload the episode’s audio file to the Shorty audio summarizer to get a summary and key points, or use the audio-to-text tool for a full transcript of a recording you are allowed to transcribe.
How does a publisher get a show removed?
Write to us from the support page with the show or episode link and we take it down. A feed that asks directories not to list it (the itunes:block tag) is never listed here.
