Ehud delivers a 'present' to King Eglon and then claims to have a secret message from God for the King, leading to a private audience.

During the private meeting, Ehud reveals his 'message from God' by killing King Eglon, paving the way for Israel's liberation.

Ehud then rallies the Israelites, stating God has given the Moabites into their hands. With King Eglon dead, Ehud led the Israelites to 80 years of peace, until they sinned again, restarting the cycle of judges.
