Highlights
Bling Bling (as Todd) is turned into an infant and tries to waste Johnny, leading to a crazy attempt by Susan and Mary to babysit him. The twins get paid, and a drag race ensues, with Bling Bling trying to turn Johnny and Dookie into embryos.
After a nap, Johnny eats a healthy snack (broccoli) for energy. Later, he complains about a magnified zit on his face, calling it a 'Zitzilla.' Susan and Mary, trying to help, use a 'stabilizing compound' to get rid of it.
Susan and Mary invent a super killer zit cream for a science fair, but their classmates from The Institute for further testing, whom Johnny calls 'mega super dweebs', mock their invention. Johnny and Dookie decide to use the cream to prove the dweebs wrong by curing everyone's zits in Pork Belly.
Johnny and Dookie use the unstable zit cream on the whole town, including Johnny's parents. The parents then start sleepwalking, showing purple side effects, forcing the kids to use a dream machine to wake them up. They attempt various ways, including a 'Mondo Soaker 9000', but their parents remain asleep and begin to ride a scooter.
Johnny and Dookie go to Lake Pork Ness, where they encounter a tour guide promoting the legendary Pork Ness Monster. Johnny is skeptical, believing it to be a myth. They attempt to prove it by going into the water with cameras, and discover the monster is mechanical, used by a man named Flank to make money. Johnny tries to expose the fraud by pressing colorful buttons but ends up pressing the wrong one.
Johnny, Dookie, Susan, and Mary get eaten by the mechanical Pork Ness Monster. They search for a lever to open its mouth. Johnny eventually finds a joystick and drives the monster in reverse mode, escaping the situation.
